I (the program participant) understand that the information and inspiration shared in the Lowtox Family Home Program is drawn from Jessica Anderson’s knowledge and experience as a Nutrition Consultant, early childhood teacher, health coach and parent and Nicky Skinner's knowledge and experience as a paediatric emergency nurse, holistic health coach, low tox educator and parent. I understand that I am responsible for implementing this information how I see appropriate.

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for all choices, decisions, actions and results (including all personal, financial, physical) before, during and after the Lowtox Family Home Program. Under no circumstances will either Jessica Anderson or Nicky Skinner or their coaches, team, heirs, guardians, legal representatives be held responsible for my actions or circumstances. Jessica Anderson and Nicky Skinner (including heirs, guardians, legal representatives of Nourish and Bloom) are therefore indemnified should I, (the program participant) suffer any physical, psychological or emotional injuries, distress, death or otherwise as an outcome of such choices, decisions and/or actions.

I hereby waive and forever release, waive and discharge any claims against Jessica Anderson and Nicky Skinner and any of their associates, affiliates or family.
